LBDA joined other stakeholders led view by Hon. Peter Munya, Hon. Eugine Wamalwa and H.E Sospeter Ojaamong during the launch of plantation of BT Cotton aimed at revitalization of cotton production in the region at Alupe University, Busia County.
The Launch of BT cotton variety will have a high yield per acre while at the same time significantly reduce farming costs that will address the challenges that the farmers have been having in the past.
